YMS Consulting LLC is committed to ensuring digital and physical accessibility for all people, including those with disabilities. We believe every woman deserves access to the B.O.L.D. Moves™ community and experience, regardless of ability.
1. CONFORMANCE STATUS
YMS Consulting LLC aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for all digital content associated with joinboldmoves.com and YMS B.O.L.D. Moves™ Experiences. Our website is hosted and managed through GoHighLevel (Ivorey). We actively work with our platform provider to address accessibility gaps as they are identified.
2. CURRENT ACCESSIBILITY MEASURES
• Alt text provided on all images and graphics
• Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
• Keyboard navigation supported throughout the website
• Screen-reader compatible content structure with proper heading hierarchy
• Descriptive link text (no “click here” without context)
• Forms include clearly labeled fields
• Event recordings provided to all registered attendees within 48 hours of live sessions
3. VIRTUAL EVENT ACCESSIBILITY
• Live Captions: Available upon request with a minimum of 7 business days’ advance notice
• Sign Language Interpretation: Available upon request with a minimum of 14 business days’ advance notice
• Event Recordings: All registered attendees receive access to session recordings within 48 hours
• Zoom Accessibility: We use Zoom’s built-in accessibility features including keyboard shortcuts and screen reader support. Attendees are encouraged to use Zoom’s accessibility settings for the best experience.
• Materials: Any presentation slides or handouts shared during events will be provided in accessible formats (PDF) upon request
4. IN-PERSON EVENT ACCESSIBILITY
• Venue Requirements: All in-person events (January Conference 2027, Summer Summit 2027, 2028 National Tour) are held in ADA-accessible venues • Seating: Accessible seating is available at all in-person events
• Accommodation Requests: Submit in-person accommodation requests no later than 14 days before the event
• Service Animals: Welcome at all in-person events
• Dietary & Sensory Needs: Communicated upon registration for events that include catering
5. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
As our website is hosted on the GoHighLevel/Ivorey platform, some third-party embedded elements (such as payment processors, social media plugins, or video players) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We are actively monitoring these areas and advocating with our platform providers for improvements. If you encounter any specific barrier, please report it to us using the contact information below.
